Connecting Batteries

• Series Connection: Doubles the voltage while maintaining the same capacity (amp hours). Connect the positive terminal of the first battery to the negative terminal of the second battery, then connect the positive terminal of the second battery to your device's power lead, and the negative to the ground connection.
• Parallel Connection: Doubles the capacity (amp hours) while maintaining the same voltage. Connect the positive terminals of both batteries together, and do the same with the negative terminals. Then connect your device to the positive and negative terminals of the first battery.
